  • Information collected automatically: When you use our website, we may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website and cookie or similar technology data.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including with:

  • Payment partners and authorised processors, to process payments, refunds and related verification.
  • Service providers, including website hosting, booking-engine technology, email and SMS providers, who support our operations and are expected to protect information appropriately.

4. Payment Security

Online payments are processed by the payment gateway identified at checkout and its authorised processors. Where supported by the provider, payment details are entered on secure payment pages and protected using encryption in transit. Avarna does not ask guests to share their UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking password with hotel staff.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident occurs, we will take steps required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, meeting applicable legal, tax, accounting and guest-registration obligations, handling disputes and enforcing agreements. Retention periods may vary according to the type of information and the legal requirements that apply.
